Shipping, Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Shipping:

All USA orders are shipped every Friday from Ogdensburg, NY via USPS Priority mail and we only charge you what it costs us to ship.

If the postal service attempts delivery but there is no one to accept the shipment, they may leave a Postal Card in your door/mailbox to indicate your local post office where your shipment can be picked-up.

If shipment is returned due to non-acceptance or the customer makes no attempt to pick-up their shipment,  it will be deemed "abandoned" and no refund will be offered. If customer requests re-shipment, additional shipping charges will be billed to the customer for re-shipment.

All pricing including shipping is in US funds.

Warranty: 
All products carry a 1 year warranty on workmanship and materials, from date of purchase. If there is a defect in workmanship or materials, we will replace and deliver product at no charge.

Returns/Refunds:
As this is a product of "personal nature", there are NO Returns/Refunds.
